As part of ARTipasto, the artist DEM presents the creation process of a large-format flag, realized together with teachers and students from the schools of Vicosoprano and Maloja.

Furthermore the curator Anna Radaelli provides an overview of the upcoming BIENNALE BREGAGLIA, which will revive historical transit routes from Maloja via Alp Cavloc, Casaccia, Borgonovo, Stampa, and Promontogno all the way to the national border in Castasegna. To conclude, everyone is invited to a small merenda.

Admission: Free, no booking required

12–4 pm: Artists, the team and guides are present at the various exhibition sites
2:30–3 pm: Castasegna, Old Customs Bridge, Al Fadhil: Transumanza sonora, performance
5 pm onwards: Vicosoprano, Centro sportivo,  Food & drinks, speeches and live music until late

Talk. Transit through Val Bregaglia: stories of art and friendship between Italy and Switzerland. With the participation of: Dominik Zehnder, Centro Giacometti and Associazione per Mario Negri per la scultura.

Focus with Kathrin Siegrist: a silent walk with the artist.

12 September, 8 pm- Castasegna, Villa Garbald

Bregaglia: from Arte to Biennale. What remains? - Presentation Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSLU) and Discussion.

19 September, 6 am–10 pm – Maloja, various locations

NOplace

A peaceful invasion of the village for just one day allows national and international artists to connect and establish new bonds based on trust. Everyone is invited to join.
